Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) The National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) trains and certifies CVA’s to perform business valuations. Through training and rigorous testing, CVAs demonstrate they are qualified to provide capable and professionally executed valuation services. Users of valuation services benefit by having greater confidence that the service they receive is professional in quality, adheres to industry standards of practice, and meets a level of expertise the Association deems credible and worthy of one of its certified members. The CVA is recognized under the qualified appraiser guidelines set forth by the IRS and SBA.

Certified Business Appraiser (CBA) CBA is a certification designation offered by the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA). This prestigious professional designation indicates the level of competence attained only by the most accomplished business appraisers. CBA grants its recipients special recognition and prestige among fellow appraisers, the courts, and throughout the business appraisal community.
